Developer Samolet Group of Companies and Severstal Metallurgical Company will build the first modern multi-storey building based on a metal frame in Moscow region. Construction of the 17-storey building is scheduled to start in June this year. In the future it is planned to develop serial standardized projects of multi-storey residential buildings on the bearing metal frame.
