VK sent a notice to FAS about its intention to acquire 49% in the production company Medium Quality. FAS, having received the notice, analyzed the deal and concluded that it would not affect the level of competition in the film and TV production market. VK acquired the remaining 51% of Medium Quality last December, without disclosing the amount of the deal. At that time it was reported that the studio would make new exclusive content for VK video platforms, as well as continue to produce current shows: YouTube-projects What was next?, Big Russian Boss Show, I know myself!, Inside Lapenko and others.
