Operator Rostelecom and VTB Infrastructure Holding created a joint venture, Infra-Telecom, which will implement digital infrastructure development projects in the regions. To finance the projects the company will use the mechanisms of public-private partnership. Total volume of projects on creation of video surveillance complexes, intellectual transport systems, automation of processes in housing and communal services, realization of Safe city projects can be about ₽35 billion by 2025.
