INARCTICA sold three resin plants in Norway to their management. Reason for selling the business was the regulatory restrictions of Russian business in Norway, which could lead to liquidation risks. Further interaction with the plants will be determined by several factors: sanctions, the work of the supply chain and the integration of the plants into the company's business. Plants in the Kaluga region and the plant under construction in Karelia will allow for a continuous production cycle, the company notes.
