New exchange based on Astana International Financial Center in Kazakhstan will be called ITS and will start working within one or two months. Major shareholder of the platform with a share of 80% plus one share became a special investment fund Foundation for the Support and Development of International Financial Center. SPB Exchange owns 10% minus one share, the remaining 10% of ITS was given by Freedom. Appearance of ITS will allow Russian brokers to give their clients access to foreign securities without the participation of Russian infrastructure.
