Goldman Sachs exited the capital of Cian by selling 10.1% of the company, according to a report to the SEC. According to RBC sources, the portfolio of Russian assets was bought by the top management of the American bank. Assets were purchased by Goldman Sachs European Special Situation Group director Maxim Klimov and Goldman Sachs Russian director Anton Schrader. In particular, after this transaction Goldman Sachs share in HeadHunter decreased to 5.9%. This portfolio may have included the bank's share in Cian.
