Bulgaria's Competition Protection Commission has fined Lukoil-Bulgaria 67.8 million leva, equivalent to €34.6 million. Reason for the fine was violation of the law on protection of competition - abuse of a dominant position by exerting price pressure in the wholesale of motor fuels in the country. As a result of the commission's active actions during the investigation of the case, the company adjusted its pricing policy, the regulator said.
