Legal entity of the parity joint venture of Sollers Group and Japanese concern Isuzu will be liquidated following the termination of its special investment contract. The company has not incurred any losses because the joint venture has not had time to start investing in the organization of production, Sollers' press service commented on the situation. JV was supposed to introduce the UAZ City joint vehicle to the market in 2021, which never happened. Investments amounted in project were estimated at ₽6 billion.
