MMC Norilsk Nickel has sent many projects for redesigning due to unavailability of equipment, which makes the long-term forecast for production growth by 2030 irrelevant. This year, Norilsk Nickel expects nickel output to decrease by 5% to 204-214 thousand tons and palladium output to 2.407-2.562 million ounces by 11%. Mid-term development plans are expected to be announced in the fourth quarter of 2023.
