Lukoil has received approval from the Iraqi state oil company Thi-Qar Oil Company to apply for commercialization of reserves at the Eridu oil field in Iraq. It is planned to start implementation of the field development plan after Thi-Qar Oil Company gives final approval of the documents. Projected production level is 250,000 barrels per day.
