Moscow Exchange, Bank of Russia and market participants are discussing new measures to combat abnormal spikes in stock prices. Among the possible mechanisms considered are discrete auctions for all shares in case of a significant price deviation, as well as the introduction of narrower price corridors for securities with a small free-float. At the moment there is a discussion, so it is too early to talk about the timing of implementation, explained a representative of the trading platform.
