SPB Exchange is creating a department for the development of decentralized financial services and digital financial assets. Trading floor is also preparing to submit documents for obtaining the status of exchange operator and information system operator for CFA issuance. Now the register of the Bank of Russia includes five operators of information systems for issuing CFA's and no operator of exchange of digital financial assets.
