NK Lukoil and ZPIF Gazprombank-Fresia became owners of the former subsidiary of AIG Group in Russia - JSC IC Gardia. Fund received 49% of the insurance company, Lukoil - 51%. In 2022 the volume of insurance premiums of IC Gardia amounted to ₽227.7 mln. Partners already participated in one transaction related to the withdrawal of a foreign player from the Russian market: they acquired 56.4% in the subsidiary company of the Italian energy holding Enel - Enel Russia (now called EL5-Energo). Subsequently, the entire stake was consolidated by Lukoil.
