Supervisory board of Moscow Exchange has called the repeated meeting of shareholders on June 2. Earlier, the annual meeting of the trading platform's shareholders was declared invalid due to the lack of quorum. One of the issues on the agenda is the announcement of dividends for 2022 in the amount of ₽4.84 per share.
