Founder and president of VI Holding Vitaly Mashchitsky, who controls Romanian aluminum producer Alro and Chinese Henan Zhongfu Industry, left the company through which he owned a stake in Kamaz. Until May 25 he owned 50% of OOO Avtoinvest, which owns 23.54% of Kamaz. Now Maschitsky's stake in Avtoinvest belongs to Nikolai Timokhin, a member of the board of directors of Stupino Metallurgical Company and ex-owner of Stupino Titanium Company.
