Polymetal shareholders approve re-domiciliation to Kazakhstan

Polymetal's shareholders approved the decision to redomicile the company to Kazakhstan. Completion of the change of jurisdiction is scheduled for July of this year. After the redomiciliation, the company's securities will be listed on Kazakhstan's AIX exchange.
