Board of Directors of Polyus has approved a share buyback program worth ₽579.4 billion. Company is ready to acquire 29.99% of the share capital at ₽14200 per share. Under the terms of the buyback, owners of Polyus shares as of the end of the day on July 7, 2023 can participate in the buyback. Repurchase will be carried out by the subsidiary JSC Polyus Krasnoyarsk.
