Developers PIK and Sense signed a partnership agreement, under which PIK became a co-investor in three Sense projects in Moscow. Thanks to the cooperation Sense gets an opportunity to use the financial potential of the largest housing developer in the country, and for PIK this partnership means exposure to a new market - ultra-high level projects. One of the projects is the Logos residential complex with an area of about 19 thousand square meters, which is under construction on Podolskoye highway. Two other projects are at the stage of development of urban planning documentation.
