First gas liquefaction process line for Arctic LNG-2 was shipped via the Northern Sea Route to the place of operation on the Gydan Peninsula. Earlier it was reported that Novatek plans to launch the project in late 2023 - early 2024. Launch of second and third lines is planned in 2024 and 2026, respectively.
