DMK JSC acquired more than 11 million Detsky Mir shares in the period from May 30, 2023 to July 21, 2023 in the "Buyback: Targeted Bids" bidding mode. Results of the collection of bids under the voluntary bids of DMI LLC and DMFA JSC, due to the peculiarities of the procedure, will be published separately at the end of the bid collection period. Acquisition of shares under the bidding mode "Buyback: Addressed Bids" will be completed on July 28, 2023. Resident shareholders may sell their Detsky Mir shares at ₽71.5 per share.
