Bulgarian President Rumen Radev considered it hasty for the country's parliament to cancel the concession with Lukoil on the Rosenets port terminal and appealed to the Constitutional Court. The decision to cancel the concession contradicts the principle of the rule of law and was made without taking into account the interests of consumers, the risks of higher prices for goods and fuel, the dismissal of thousands of workers and the receipt of lawsuits against Bulgaria, the President believes.
