Gazprom Neft this year will commission the ELOU-AVT primary oil refining complex at the Omsk Refinery. Capacity of the facility will be 8.4 million tons per year for oil and 1.2 million tons per year for stable gas condensate. In 2023, the company will also commission a high-tech complex for the production of synthetic base oils with a capacity of 220,000 tons per year, which will make it possible to eliminate the use of imported components. It will produce 12 types of base oils.
