36.6 bought the Ramenskoye pharmacy chain Farmakon

Pharmacy chain 36.6 bought Pharmakon, which operates 18 pharmacies in Ramensky District, Moscow Region. Transaction took place in a non-standard format for the market - the seller assigned the lease rights to the premises. Financial terms are not disclosed. Pharmakon's revenue in 2022 amounted to ₽771 million, profit - ₽38.8 million. According to Nikolay Bespalov, Development Director of RNC Pharma, the purchase of the Ramenskoye chain could cost ₽170-210 million, excluding debts and other encumbrances.
