Government directive on Rostelecom's dividends for 2022 should be received by the company soon, it is under approval by the Cabinet of Ministers, a source close to the company's Board of Directors told reporters. In August, it was reported that the Ministry of Finance supported the payment of dividends by Rostelecom for 2022 in the amount comparable to the volume for 2021. At that time, the company allocated ₽15.9 billion, or ₽4.56 per common and preferred share, for dividends.
