Developer Samolet signed a binding agreement with the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation to implement the Far Eastern Quarter project in the Yuzhnaya advanced development territory in the town of Korsakov, Sakhalin Region. As a part of the project, construction of more than 460 thousand square meters of housing, six kindergartens, two schools, and other infrastructure facilities will be built. Investment volume will amount to ₽65.822 billion. Implementation period of the project is 2023-2046.
