Moscow Exchange the first time in the Russian market conducted a transaction involving a digital financial asset exchange operator - NSD issued the GPB Factoring's DFA, after which the assets were sold on Moscow Exchange's exchange platform. In addition, the exchange is in talks with blockchain platform Masterchain to launch a full-fledged secondary DFA market for the platform's clients.
