Yandex launched a service for business based on YandexGPT

Yandex Cloud platform has launched a speech analytics service for business, which, with the help of the YandexGPT neural network, enables detailed analysis of calls and chats of contact center operators in companies. System is able to determine the compliance of the conversation with the script, the tone of the dialog, the level of empathy and involvement of the operator, as well as customer satisfaction.
