TMK has sold its scrap division TMK Meta LLC, according to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Asset was acquired by the pipe company as part of the acquisition of ChTPZ Group in 2021. In 2022, TMK Meta LLC had revenue of ₽47.6 billion and net profit of ₽364 million. Alexey Zolotarev's Chermet Service LLC became the new owner of the company. In 2019, he also acquired TMK Chermet, which supplies scrap to Taganrog Metallurgical, Seversky and Volzhsky Pipe Plants, part of the TMK Group.
