TMK completed its SPO on Moscow Exchange. Company sold 18 mln ordinary shares, representing 1.74% of the authorized capital. Offering price amounted to ₽220.68 per share, which corresponds to a level above the middle of the initially announced price range. Amounts raised totaled ₽3.97 billion. During the SPO, the company attracted more than 22,000 new investors to its equity capital structure. Each purchaser was entitled to acquire additional shares after six months at the SPO price.
