Yandex subsidiary Yango has unveiled its Arabic-speaking AI assistant Yasmina. Presentation of the voice assistant took place at the GITEX technology exhibition in Dubai. Technologies for creating an Arabic-speaking AI assistant were provided by the Yandex Alice virtual assistant and robotics development center. Yasmina can manage a smart home, understands the main Arabic dialects and can support a free conversation in Khaleeji, and will soon be able to communicate in English as well.
