Ministry of Digital Development and Headhunter are discussing the idea of creating a unified certification center for IT specialists on the basis of the hh.ru site. Earlier, certification was handled by training centers of Western vendors - Oracle, Red Hat, VMware, etc., but after 2022 they stopped working, and the niche was freed up. Currently, the IT certification market is estimated at ₽300 million with the potential to grow to ₽1 billion by 2024.
