Yandex has rewritten part of its assets in Russia to Technoyak LLC

Several of Yandex's legal entities in Russia, previously owned directly by the Netherlands-based Yandex N.V., have been rewritten to Technoyak LLC. Technoyak LLC received legal entities related to Yandex's media assets - Kinopoisk, Yandex Music, unmanned cars, smart devices and a number of others. Yandex N.V. continues to own them, but indirectly, through Technoyak. Yandex called these actions a technical procedure to optimize the structure of legal entities of the group of companies.
