Gazprom Neft has announced a tender that should result in technical consulting services to find Chinese partners for hydrogen sales in the Chinese market. Ideally, the contractor should lead Gazprom Neft to sign an agreement of intent to purchase hydrogen with a client in the country, but this condition is not among the guaranteed services.
