Etalon renews sales record

Etalon's contract value in November 2023 amounted to ₽14.8 billion, setting a new monthly sales record since the company's IPO. In physical terms, sales volume reached 73,000 square meters, which is also higher than the same figures of the last three years. Strong dynamics of the operating indicators is primarily due to timely and rapid entry into regional markets, where sales are showing multiple growth, said Gennady Shcherbina, CEO of the developer.
