Moscow Exchange is developing a service for corporate bond issuers to create the Bookbuilder order book. Solution will provide simultaneous access to the order book for all placement participants, its export and storage of the history of changes. It will also include group chat functionality. Moscow Exchange will present a test version of the product in the first quarter of 2024. Previously, market participants used a similar program from a foreign developer, which left the Russian market.
