Mosgorlombard extended the period for collecting applications for participation in the IPO

Mosgorlombard has extended the period for collecting applications for participation in the IPO until December 21. Group is placing 322.58 million ordinary shares, which is 22% of the enlarged authorized capital. IPO participants will also have the opportunity to increase their stake by 20% at the IPO price 6 months after the placement. Start of trading in the shares is expected on December 22 under the ticker MGKL.
