Board of Directors of CarMoney was increased from 5 to 9 people. It includes Elman Mehtiev, Chairman of the Board of the self-regulatory organization of microfinance organizations MIR, and Pavel Gotsev, General Director of JSC IFC Solid, as well as Elena Plishkina and Alexander Belokopytov. Expansion of the Board of Directors will make it possible to improve the efficiency of corporate governance and comply with one of the requirements of the Moscow Exchange for inclusion of shares in the second quotation list.
