Samolet launched a digital ZPIF on commercial real estate for non-quals

Developer Samolet launched a ZPIF in the form of a DFA for commercial real estate, which is available to non-qualified investors. ZPIF will be traded on the company's own service for digital financial assets Samolet Investments. Fund includes premises located on the first floors in the developer's residential complexes. Size of the fund is more than ₽200 million. Minimum unit price starts from ₽82,000, but by March next year it will be reduced to ₽100.
