Arbitration Court of Belgorod Region has seized 77.5% of LLC GK Agro-Belogorie owned by Vladimir Zotov and Larisa Kovaleva. Seizure was imposed as an interim measure under RusAgro's lawsuit against Kovaleva and Zotov for the obligation to conclude an agreement on the establishment of a legal entity and an agreement on the exercise of the rights of participants. Reason for the lawsuit was the defendants' attempt to change information in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities about LLC GK Agro-Belogorie without the knowledge of RusAgro, which owns 22.5% of the company.
