Kazakhstan-based AQNIET CAPITAL LLP has acquired the stakes of three major shareholders of Globaltrans, Nikita Mishin, Konstantin Nikolaev and Sergey Maltsev, and now indirectly owns 26.19% of the company. AQNIET also entered into an agreement to acquire 4.45% of the voting shares from Alexander Eliseev and another unrelated shareholder. Beneficial owner of AQNIET is Kairat Itemgenov, a businessman and entrepreneur who has successfully developed a number of large businesses in various sectors of the economy in Kazakhstan over the past 25 years.
