Lukoil acquires Uroc Limited's stake in EL5-Energo

Lukoil Oil Company has completed the acquisition of 7.4% of shares in EL5-Energo from Uroc Limited, increasing its stake in the energy company to 63.84%. Amount of the transaction is not disclosed by the parties. Uroc Limited may be related to the Middle East investment fund AGC Equity Partners, which was previously part of a consortium with RDIF and Australian fund Macquarie.
