Yandex has registered the Fund of Managers in the ATS

IT-company Yandex has registered a Fund of Managers in the ATS as part of preparations for restructuring, it follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Founder and head of the new legal entity in the documents are not disclosed, but the address and legal form coincide with the Public Interest Fund. Fund was established by Yandex N.V. in 2020 to manage the activities of the IT-company by the state and ownership of the golden share of Yandex, which previously belonged to Sberbank.
