Inter RAO bought out a stake of Mordashov's structure in LLC Kashirskaya TPP. Company was established in 2021 to implement the Kashirskaya TPP modernization project using the equipment of JSC Power Machines. Since the launch of the project in terms of design, construction and equipment manufacturing was successful, in order to further ensure the timing of modernization, a decision was made to consolidate 100% of LLC Kashirskaya TPP in the hands of one participant, Inter RAO explained.
