Bank of Russia registered the issue of shares of ICPAO TCS Holding

Bank of Russia registered the issue and prospectus of ordinary shares of the international public joint-stock company TCS Holding. Company is being established as part of the redomiciliation of TCS Group. Decision on state registration of the issue and prospectus of the company's shares will come into effect from the moment of registration of TCS Holding. So far this has not happened.
