Holders of Yandex N.V. shares on Moscow Exchange will be offered to exchange or buy them back

ZPIF Consortium.First intends to offer holders of Yandex N.V. class A shares in the Russian depositary infrastructure to exchange or redeem shares in the Dutch company. Fund will make the offer after the approval of the business restructuring by the Yandex N.V. shareholders' meeting and receipt of all regulatory approvals.
