VTB became the owner of 24.9% of the company Nattspromleasing, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. At the same time, Rostec's stake in the company decreased from 51% to 25.5%. Natspromleasing is the only leasing operator in Russia, specializing in targeted support of industry in terms of machine-tool construction, industrial equipment, as well as modernization of production and sales support of Rostec Group holdings. VTB and Rostec declined to comment on the transaction.
