Inter RAO acquired two energy sales companies

Inter RAO Group spent about ₽5.9 billion to acquire two power supply companies from Rosseti. Group bought guaranteed suppliers in Yekaterinburg and the Pskov Region - JSC Yekaterinburgenergosbyt and JSC Pskovenergosbyt. Transactions will increase Inter RAO Group's subscriber base by 3.3% to 19.8 million subscribers. Share of the Group's sales companies in the Russian retail electricity market will increase from 18.5% to 19.2%.
