MTS acquires 38% of blockchain platform operator Factorin

In the second half of 2023, MTS additionally acquired 38% of blockchain platform operator Factorin for ₽662 million. Prior to that, MTS jointly owned 51% of Factorin with investment firm Digital Horizon. Factorin's platform is a blockchain-based financial trading system with a focus on supply chain finance and factoring settlements.
