Rostelecom became an IP-telephony operator Mango Telecom

Operator Rostelecom has become the owner of Mango Telecom LLC and M.Developer LLC, companies providing IP telephony services and software development for corporate communications. Alexey Slukin, editor of Telegram channel Telekomunalka, estimated the deal at ₽5-6 billion, or x3-4 of Mango Telecom's EBITDA. Mango Telecom's revenue in 2022 reached ₽4.5 billion, with a net profit of ₽897.9 million.
