Samolet Group will develop the left-bank part of Rostov-on-Don

Samolet Group of Companies will build residential buildings of variable storeys, social, cultural and public amenities, transportation and engineering infrastructure, a police station, a fire station and a temple in the left-bank part of Rostov-on-Don. Investment in the project will amount to about ₽101.4 billion. Upon completion of construction, developer will transfer to municipal ownership 5% of the total volume of housing built, which will amount to 32.5 thousand square meters, or 895 apartments with renovation.
